At ShopLeahSimon, we strive for complete satisfaction for our customers and of our products; however, once an order has been placed and the item has been shipped, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

BUSINESS DAYS AND HOLIDAYS

Please understand that our business days are Monday to Friday only and the following holidays New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, President’s Day, Good Friday, Easter Monday, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, Boxing Day (day after Christmas).

DAMAGED PRODUCTS

If damage occurs to your product during shipment, contact us by email immediately at info@shopleahsimon.com. Please provide your order number, email address, and photos of damaged items and photos of the shipping package. Only online purchases from www.shopleahsimon.com are accepted for damaged returns.

Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days. You should receive credit within 5-10 business days, depending on your card issuer’s policies. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding federal holidays.

CANCELING AN ORDER

Although, we do not accept any returns or exchanges, you may cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it, before it has been shipped or packed for shipment – by reaching out to us via email at info@shopleahsimon.com

PURCHASES MADE THROUGH RETAILERS

Please contact the store you purchased from for a return or exchange. We are unable to provide a return or exchange for a purchase made through a retailer.

TRACKING SHOWS THE PACKAGE WAS DELIVERED BUT I DIDN’T RECEIVE MY PACKAGE. WHAT IF I HAVE A LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGE?

When completing an order, the customer must provide a safe and accurate address for delivery. Once an order has shipped, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address as entered for the order. Please contact the carrier for any information regarding the delivery. Have your tracking number available to provide to the carrier to assist with the investigation.

Once an order has shipped and tracking becomes available, we recommend the receiver be available on the estimated date of arrival of the package or the receiver to contact the carrier to schedule a pickup at the holding facility.
